At KN Process, we are seeking an AI Ethics & Compliance Lead to ensure our AI-driven automation solutions align with ethical AI principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. This contract role would be brought in case-by-case for our implementations and is ideal for an expert in AI governance, compliance, and risk management, helping businesses deploy AI responsibly and securely.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks to guide AI-powered automation projects.
- Ensure AI models and automation tools comply with GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, and other industry regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and bias audits on AI-driven processes to prevent unintended consequences.
- Advise clients on responsible AI adoption, ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability in AI decision-making.
- Work with AI strategists and developers to embed ethical considerations into AI model design and implementation.
- Stay updated on AI compliance laws, industry standards, and global regulations to proactively address new risks.
- Provide training and guidance on ethical AI usage and regulatory compliance for both internal teams and clients.
- Assist organizations in documenting AI governance policies to align with corporate and legal standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in AI ethics, compliance, or regulatory affairs.
- Deep understanding of AI governance frameworks, algorithmic bias, and responsible AI principles.
- Expertise in compliance standards (GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, AI Act, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, AI automation, and risk management in AI-driven workflows.
- Ability to conduct AI bias analysis, explainability assessments, and regulatory audits.
- Excellent communication skills to work with technical teams, legal advisors, and business leaders.
- Prior experience in consulting or working with enterprise AI deployments is a plus.
