As an AI Strategist & Architect, you will design, implement, and optimize custom AI agents, workflow automation solutions, and RAG pipelines, ensuring businesses are AI-ready for the future.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to assess business workflows and identify AI-driven automation opportunities.
- Design and architect bespoke AI agents that enhance efficiency, decision-making, and scalability.
- Lead the development of AI-powered automation solutions, integrating them with existing enterprise tools and tech stacks.
- Guide companies in building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines by vectorizing internal databases for AI-driven knowledge retrieval.
- Develop AI strategy roadmaps that align with business goals, ensuring scalable and sustainable AI adoption.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art AI techniques in natural language processing (NLP), process automation, and data retrieval.
- Collaborate with engineers, business leaders, and stakeholders to ensure seamless AI integration into operations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, AI advancements, and automation frameworks to continuously refine strategies.
Requirements:
- Practical experience in AI architecture, automation, or machine learning engineering.
- Strong expertise in AI-driven process automation, LLMs, and intelligent workflow optimization.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, ChromaDB) and embedding models.
- Proficiency in Python, AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain), and automation tools.
- Understanding of business operations, workflow mapping, and process optimization methodologies.
- Experience integrating AI into enterprise SaaS tools, CRM systems, and communication platforms (Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business problems into AI-powered solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to convey AI strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
