At KN Process, we are looking for an AI Training & Adoption Specialist to help businesses successfully integrate, scale, and optimize AI-driven automation within their workflows. This role blends customer success, AI enablement, and process training, ensuring clients maximize the value of their AI implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the adoption of AI-powered automation tools, ensuring smooth implementation and long-term success.
- Develop and deliver training programs to help teams understand and manage AI agents, workflow automation, and RAG-based knowledge retrieval.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing challenges, providing strategic recommendations, and ensuring AI solutions drive measurable ROI.
- Work closely with AI strategists and engineers to translate complex AI concepts into actionable, easy-to-follow training materials.
- Monitor client adoption, usage, and feedback to refine best practices for AI integration across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring continued AI optimization and engagement.
- Provide ongoing train-the-trainer programs to enable internal teams to manage AI-driven workflows independently.
- Stay updated on AI adoption trends, business process automation, and enterprise AI implementation strategies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, training, or AI process implementation.
- Strong understanding of business process automation, AI adoption strategies, and change management.
- Ability to break down complex AI concepts into clear, digestible training content for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with AI-powered workflow tools, automation frameworks, and enterprise integrations.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vectorized data, and AI-driven enterprise solutions (a plus but not required).
- A proactive, consultative approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
