At KN Process, we are looking for a skilled Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and optimize custom AI-powered automation agents for our clients. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging LLMs, machine learning, and workflow automation to transform how businesses operate.
Responsibilities:
- Develop custom AI agents that integrate with enterprise workflows, SaaS tools, and automation frameworks.
- Build and fine-tune LLM-powered agents to handle task automation, decision-making, and data-driven insights.
- Implement and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, ensuring AI models can efficiently retrieve and process enterprise data.
- Work with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, ChromaDB) to enhance AI search and retrieval capabilities.
- Design and develop AI automation for customer service, financial operations, internal workflows, and knowledge management.
- Collaborate with AI strategists and automation consultants to create scalable, high-impact AI solutions.
- Optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and real-time decision-making in dynamic business environments.
- Stay updated with the latest AI frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, etc.) and automation trends.
Requirements:
- Experience in AI/ML development, NLP, or AI automation.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks.
- Experience with LLMs, embedding models, and fine-tuning AI for enterprise use cases.
- Expertise in workflow automation, API integrations, and backend development.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable AI infrastructure.
- Knowledge of vector search, data indexing, and optimizing AI retrieval pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, client-focused environments and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
